Role-based Permissions - Volunteers with the ability to only do data entry for their designated makes events run smoothly.

• General Manager - Full access to all functions, including being able to designate people for other roles.
• Multiple Scorekeepers - each on-going match can have a scorekeeper entering goals as they are scored, giving all attendees live updates,
• Schedulers - Last minute changes happen, and having more than one Scheduler can alleviate bottlenecks and communicate changes instantly to everyone. Schedulers can add teams to a division, create divisions, and manipulate game schedules.
• Referees can be assigned for each match, generating an individual Game Assignment list for the ref on their own device.
• Photographers have the ability to upload live photos to the Gallery during the event.
• Announcer - Announcers have access to the Message Board for needed broad communications to everyone.
• Map maker - The mapmaker has the ability to create, move, edit or remove map elements including fields & field numbers.

Schedule Creation with error checking - the TCLC platform highlights conflicts with times, fields or teams that have been double-booked so corrections can be made.

Live Scoring is a key feature that increases the inherent excitement of tournaments and league game outcomes. Each game can have a scorekeeper inputting scores simultaneously. Referee’s can be assigned as scorekeepers, or, designated scorekeepers can be assigned the responsibillity for multiple fields’ scoring updates.

Automated Leaderboard with integrated Tiebreakers - When teams have the same record, the tiebreaker rules automatically rank the teams by their Pricing percentage or points total, then by their head to head record against each other, then by the difference derived by subtracting points / goals scored against them from the points / goals they scored, then by the points / goals they scored, then by the points / goals scored against them.

Beach Soccer uses Points Against as their main tiebreaker following any Head to Head outcome that remains tied, emphasizing defense and discouraging running up the score.

Auto-Advancement as games are scored - when scores are designated as “Final” by a scorekeeper, teams are routed to their next match based on the results. Brackets populate automatically, including automatic transition from Pool Play to Knock-out brackets, saving tourney directors a couple of hours on a Saturday night after a long day at a tournament and posting the schedules for Sunday’s games immediately after review.

Referee's Personal Game Schedules - Referees being assigned for each match generates an individual Game Assignment list for the ref on their own device.

Programmable App Navigation - creators can control what options appear on the Dynamic Navigation Menu Screen in the app.

Third-Party Compatible -This powerful features enables users to simply cut & paste links into the dashboard. Those destinations then appear in the App!
